Really really bad burning sensation in my stomach, almost like someone is stabbing me or punching me in the stomach repeatedly ... Followed by nausea. It's very painful. Good to know it doesn't affect everyone in the same way! It will help others reading to know that like I said in the blog this is my story but some stories are different...]]> In reply to Anatole debono.

Illa I wish! In fact I actually forgot to mention the hot flushes it’s a good thing you mention them! I probably forgot because they’re the least of my problems if I take them without food πŸ˜… yes the hot flushes can get very uncomfortable but unfortunately I also get gut wrenching pain. Hi Anatole, I definitely recommend a meal with them! They would kill me if I took them on an empty stomach! For bfast I recommend toast with fatty butter and four big slices of cheddar cheese. It has helped with me. I’ve also been told by someone who sent me an email that it works wonders with Nutella too! Neither do much for the figure I’m afraid πŸ˜‚ but it helps with the pain and nausea! I’m glad you too could relate to this journal ☺️ hope you’re doing well!

The only difference is that I take my tecfidera on an empty stomach as soon as i wake up. So i should now try taking after a good breakfast.

Thank you for your comment Charlene! I’m so glad you could relate. I’m also glad that from the comments I’ve recieved, it seems we aren’t the only ones to feel this way! XX
